Riverside & the Inland Empire, California

Wedding Rings

In Riverside & the Inland Empire: Twelve jewelers are listed, two each in Riverside, Corona, Redlands and Chino Hills, with others in Moreno Valley, Upland, Yucaipa and San Bernardino, and bands typically run $800 to $4,000 for the pair. Give a jeweler two to three months for sizing, engraving and any custom work, and longer if a stone is being set. One local note worth acting on: fingers swell in heat, and a ring sized comfortably on a January afternoon can be tight at an August ceremony. If you are marrying in summer, get sized in summer, or tell the jeweler the date and let them allow for it rather than fitting you snugly. Ask what resizing costs afterward and whether it is included for a period, because that is the adjustment most couples here end up needing. Twelve jewelers is a competitive bench, so visit three before you commit rather than buying at the first counter.
